Rutherford House (Indoors and outdoors)
Indoors:
· Elegant Edwardian style house, with rich hardwood floors and wall panelings
· Antique furniture and art works in every room
· Such rooms as the library, dining hall, music room, bedrooms, and more are available
for photography
· Also available for ceremonies or receptions inside the house
Outdoors:
· The outside of this Edwardian style house makes an excellent background for
photography, with its brick walls and white columns out front
· The yard is filled with wonderful trees and flowers for a garden setting
· The balcony is also available
The charge to rent Rutherford House for any occasion, including photography, is per hour.

· Old Arts building, grand entrance hall indoors can be used for photos
· Outdoors has great architecture, treed area, close to all other UofA sites

· Very modern looking with concrete columns and purple carpet
· Sweeping staircase, lots of windows
· Available for ceremonies and receptions as well

· No prior arrangement is necessary, it is on a first come basis

Fort Edmonton Historical Park
· Offers a wide variety of historic outdoor settings, as well trees as and grassy park like
areas
· Many "turn of the century buildings" to choose from, as backdrops, such as; quaint
churches, the original Rutherford House, a windmill, the blacksmith's shop, an old
farmhouse, and too many more to mention
· Also available are horse drawn carriages and sleighs
· You can have your ceremony and your reception on site as well
